Bookings

After pre-booking on the site's calendar, you must contact us by phone +33 (0)6 80 00 64 33 or by email contact@maisoncoeurdacier.com to confirm and find out the payment terms.

The pre-booking is held for three days.

We ask for a 30% deposit to confirm; the balance is payable on arrival.

Cancellations

Cancellation is free for one week, until the deposit is paid.

The deposit is non-refundable.

Taxes

Rates are shown including VAT. The tourist tax and any government or local taxes are payable on site, where applicable.

Check-in / Check-out time

There is no front desk: we are a guest house and gîte, so you must let us know your arrival time in advance.

Your room or house will be available from the time indicated below. On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room or house by the time indicated below at the latest. An extra night may be charged if this check-out time is not respected.

We recommend using the "Comments or additional information" field on the booking form to indicate your estimated arrival time, particularly if it is late.

• Check-in time (from): 3:00 pm, until 8:00 pm — beyond that, please contact us.
• Check-out time: 11:00 am.
